Analysis:

It is very important to carry out the implementation according to the specific needs of our customers. That’s why the analysis is carried out. It helps us to find out the specific needs of our customers and we can provide the most suitable standardization of our customers‘ processes. The targets must be already known at the beginning of the analysis. We also pin down all the processes, methodology and tools which are used in the specific project. We never forget to choose highly experienced members of the project teams, who reach the targets. The term know-how is an important word in our company vocabulary as well. The analysis is just a kind of documentation which is used for the implementation of the information system.

Implementation:

After the analysis has been accepted, the developement of system modifications starts – inclusive of the development of new modules. Many specialists take part in the development of the software. The supplier and the customer link the particular new modules with the current system modules to create a homogeneous system, which enables the information sharing for all the solutions. We create a detailed documentation on changes, which were carried out. This documentation is used for the training of the key system users. The system contains the customers‘ data already in the testing process which enables to test the system in a better way. In this way we can find out all the deficits which could put the trouble-free work of company processes in jeopardy. We write reports on the testing and data transfer which enables us to test all the company processes in a short period of time.

Operation:

The implementation of Microsoft Dynamics - AX is carried on by the customer’s data transfer into the database. The data are checked according to the processes which were tested in the testing period of time. The cooperation between the customer and the supplier and the existing analysis are still very important. If all the targets, which were set at the beginning, are met, the operation is successfully started. There are some other targets which belong to the philosophy of our company – the most important is the long-term partnership between the customer and the supplier.
